Please note that for Donate items/Sets our server has special regulations in Rules ( here ) and some regulations are posted here. Both Rules and regulations here has same power and must be followed.

Special Terms:
*This item can not be upgraded or exchanged to each other, meaning Full Fire Pendant can not be exchanged to Full HP Pendant and vice versa.
*This Pendant user is allowed to use it on multiple characters within same account. For example, if Pendant is donated for Character1 in Account1, it also can be used in Character2 in Account1.
*Pendant is allowed to use in Castle Siege, as well as any other event, unless GameMaster of Event announce different Terms of Event.
*This item can not be sold in Auction.
*Socket option on this Pendant can not be edited.
Custom item available:
1. Full reduce Sword/Shield(1lvl ONLY), all options +Reduce damage 4% = 50 euro
*Rule 1.9 apply, Maximal allowed reduce from Socket + Yellow = 60%. Item excellent option is not counted.
2. Full HP/REF Weapon/Shield, all options + HP 8% / Reflect Damage +9% = 50 euro
*REFLECT option is regulated server side, 1 item will not gain you 45% reflect damage.
Other options:
1. 2nd hand weapon(CUSTOM DL/SM/SUM) = 1 Weapon price OR 5 euro if item from Auction/Quest/Vote Reward/Achievement.
*In 2nd hand you can only have clean, non-edited donate weapon. This means all options in socket are the same.
If you remove, for example, 1 option Fire from Full Fire and replace it with other option, then this weapon can not be used in 2nd hand equip.
2. Wizards Ring = 1 euro/ring. Minimal amount = 5 rings.
3. Maximum Life Bonus Socket Option upgrade for NON-EDITED Donate set parts = 8 euro/item.
*Edited set parts can not be upgraded to have Bonus Socket Option,
*Weapons(including Shields) can not have Maximum Life BSO,
*One Max Life bonus socket option on set part will gain +3000 Maximal HP, when equipped.

Upgrade options:
Item upgrade is possible in most cases.
Item upgrade price is calculated as NEW ITEM PRICE - OLD ITEM PRICE + 5 EURO, if new item price is higher then old item price.
If new item price is same as old item price, or lower then item downgrade cost 10 euro per item.

Any SET exchange (example, BM Combo 2.0 to DL Combo 2.0) cost 50 euro, since set price is the same. Set exchange include 7 items. Each additional item (8th, 9th, etc) adds 10 euro to total exchange cost. For example, if you want to exchange 2 sets (14 items) then price is 100 euro, but if you need to exchange 1 set + 5 items (12 items total) then price is still 100 euro (50 for SET (7 items) and 50 for 5 additional items).
Item upgrade or exchange in form of "Take this 2 items and exchange to 1 other item" is not possible. One item can be exchanged or upgraded only to 1 item, 2 items are not used to lower the upgrade/exchange price.
Set parts can not be exchanged/upgraded to weapons or shields and weapons or shields can not be upgraded/exchanged to set parts.
There are no upgrade/exchange possibilities from any item to EDI Weapon. This also applies to SETS which contain EDI weapon. There are NO upgrade/downgrade for EDI Weapons.
Full Reduce parts (60%, 1lvl, Pants, Gloves, Boots) also can not be used in exchanges/upgrades. Full Reduce parts are available only 3 at the time, they are not sold seperatly. Items can not be upgraded or exchanged to and from Full Reduce parts. Full Reduce parts can only be exchanged for Reduce parts for different class. Rings have special upgrade/exchange Terms. Rings can not be exchanged to and from other set parts, only to other rings.
Full Reduce parts (60%, 1lvl, Pants, Gloves, Boots) also can not be used in exchanges/upgrades. Full Reduce parts are available only 3 at the time, they are not sold seperatly. Items can not be upgraded or exchanged to and from Full Reduce parts. Full Reduce parts can only be exchanged for Reduce parts for different class. Rings have special upgrade/exchange Terms. Rings can not be exchanged to and from other set parts, only to other rings.
Donation policies
Donation is never forced on player and any donation is voluntary.
Donations are non-refundable.
Donation items and goods are virtual and can't be used in real life.
If player has been banned for violation of any rule - goods or services will not be transfered to other character/account.
No "free extras" or "favours" are available after donation.
Using someones elses Credit or Debit card / PayPal account / details is a criminal offense.
If you don't agree with donation policies or any information posted in Rules(Terms of Service) or here - don't donate.
Donations doesn't guarantee that you will become most powerful player or that you will be unkillable. Other people donate too, they have the same or better items.
There are no performance guarantees.
Additional information.
Please, keep in mind that each situation is more or less unique and Administration has the right not to give minimal penalty for Rules(Terms of Service) violations.
We value our donating players, but it doesn't make them immune to Rules or "better then others". All players are threated equally and no special conditions are applied.
Administration also has the right to block your character / account / HWID / IP address if Administration see it as necessary without warnings.
Excuses like "I didn't know", "No one reads rules before registration" and similar will not save you from punishment.
Keep in mind, you most likely will get blocked after FIRST offence, there is no such situation as "I promise I will not do it again" or "Please WARNING this time". You can not create account without agreeing to Rules and you are not allowed to use our game service if you don't agree with each and every one of Rules.
